Joana started working with Victor Hugo Pontes in 2024 for the creation of “Há Qualquer Coisa Prestes a Acontecer” that premiered in December 2024 in Teatro Aveirense. A national tour followed in CCB and Teatro Nacional São João, with more venues coming for 2025 and 2026.
Joana was also invited to participate in the tour of “Bantu” to Covilhã and Ourém in February 2025.
In may 2025, Joana was also invited by Victor Hugo to participate in the Jovens Compositores e Jovens Criadores, an event organized by Estúdios Victor Córdon. This event is a creation laboratory with the students from Escola Superior de Dança (Dance University) focused on the exchange of young creators with young composers.
